Proxmox VE ubuntu 2004 container RLIMIT_CORE issue

When I modify the timezone of my ubuntu 2004,
It’s not work,show the error

Command
sudo timedatectl set-timezone Asia/Taipei
Return
sudo: setrlimit(RLIMIT_CORE): Operation not permitted

When I search this issue, and find this bug has been fixed on Apri, and Proxmox VE do not fix this until now.

I use this container as my DB Server, but timezone shuld be modify, correct time log will help me debug more easily.
How to fix thie?

Directly command this without “sudo”.
