pip install selenium 出現錯誤 error: externally-managed-environment

打算在Linux環境中安裝相關的python套件
輸入指令 pip install selenium
出現下面的錯誤
error: externally-managed-environment

解法沒有很難
mkdir -p ~/.config/pip/
cd ~/.config/pip/
vi pip.conf

[global]
break-system-packages = true

存檔之後，再執行一次
pip install selenium
