今天超級火大的，我在去年11月的時候，跟Startlogic說，我不想再用他們的服務了，請Startlogic不要再跟我收費，所以Startlogic取消了我在上面的信用卡資料，我想域名的部份他們沒有跟我收費，而且我有告知不想再用他們的服務了，也就是說不再租用Startlogic他們的空間，而且我也收到了域名逾期的通知，我想Startlogic的租用服務總算是停下了來，結果呢？不是！火大，真想罵他們三字經。
我用Startlogic的服務2年了，因為朋友不打算再使用網站，所以我就通知他們停用，因為他們的通知信，我都是用另一個信箱，所以一直沒有收到他們的信，結果今天檢查帳單之後才發現，Startlogic跟我收空間租用的費用，$95.4美金，我明明有通知他們，我不想用了，他們為什麼要跟我Charge信用卡的錢，跟他們說，我有要停用，結果說查不到資料，而且我域名都沒有付費了，我根本無法用他們的服務，誰會租了空間不用域名的？ FTP沒有辦法用，空間沒有域名指向也沒有辦法用，他們的服務人員是白痴嗎？客戶都沒有域名了，只租空間合理嗎？租了空間也沒有指向，這個合理嗎？我通知他們，他們沒有把我的信用卡資料刪除，要我付費合理嗎？他們還叫我傳真帳單給他，我在台灣用國際傳真到美國去嗎？還是小弟的英文跟他一樣，他看不出來我是外國人了嗎？最後我要取消服務，還要扣我$35 usd，有沒有搞錯，我什麼Startlogic的服務都沒有用到，竟然還要扣我錢，Startlogic是這麼對待客戶的，讓你當冤大頭，當白痴。
Startlogic服務超級爛，客服人員沒有水準，便宜是便宜，便宜有個鳥用啊！網站超賣，線路時快時慢，真是服務超級差的，如果你還在看Startlogic的廣告，跟你說這是中肯的評論，相信他們的人，你就被騙了，Startlogic在Google上面的關鍵字買很大，千萬不要被他們的廣告給騙了。為什麼在Google 上面關鍵字買很大，因為會用Starlogic服務的人，通常沒有語言障礙，可以看的懂英文的操作，可以和老外溝通，在Yahoo上面，可能看的到戰國策、智邦生活館和一些台灣一二線的主機商廣告。
後來我才在網路上看到，不是只有我這樣，很多老外都遇到這樣的情形，Startlogic這家網路寄存公司真的很差，我還有一個網站放在他們的子公司中，我想等那個站到期，也不要用了，搬走，真是讓人生氣。想要知道他們還有什麼子公司(分銷商)的話，請自己上英文的維基百科去查。

I have checked the configuration file for ‘Zen Cart’ application and the database used by this application is with the name ‘xxx_ary2’. I have found that there are no database backup files in the deleted account. It might have been deleted before the account was deleted. Now, I have created the database in your new account with the database name ‘xxx_ary2’. If you have any backup of the database ‘xxx_ary2’ in your local machine, please import the backup files to the database and check from your end.

I am not using StartLogic anymore, but still have an account paid up for a couple more months.
After I decided to leave SL, they reset the PW on one of my dbs and refused to correct it (fortunately it was nothing critical)

Their servers are hacked so bad they need to reset the passwords – yes, at least they took action to counter the attack, but don’t tell me this is a common occurrence!
In addition to disabling my db, before I fled the same pages took anywhere from 15 seconds to 3 minutes to load – and their response was to try to sell me up to VPS.
主機被駭客攻破，所以重設大家db的密碼，網頁讀取速度從15秒到3分鐘，讀出來，都老了吧！Startlogic超賣真的很嚴重，我自己用的時候，速度就很不穩，常常很簡的網頁，內容不多的網頁都要開很久，這信客戶還被叫升級獨立主機。

I’m sure many of you know of StartLogic and what kind of company they are… well I had to learn the hard way. I have been a costumer of there’s for about 2 weeks now and lets just say those 2 weeks have been a nightmare… my site was shut down 3 times during that time and I had to stay on the phone for like 3-4 hours each time to get in touch with there damn costumer service. Talk about OVERSELL… Here is the mail header ” Cosuming High Bandwidth ” they so say offer you 1500GB and 15000GB bandwith? Yeah right… more like 10GB and no more then 100GB bandwith… Each time I tell them that I’m no where near the bandwith they offer and say that I have some illegal stuff on the server… what I have on the server is breakbeats which is mixes by dj’s who do those mixes in like there hours and that music is no where near copyright and its shared all over the net for free… Anyways the other thing they said that I’m not allowed to post that data on my site for other ” visitors ” then how the hell I’m I suppose to use the so called 15000GB of bandwith they give you? Upload stuff and download them yourself?
STAY AWAY…
總之，一整個鳥的公司，便宜沒有好貨，分銷商可以賺很多手續費，當然可以買廣告說他們好，什麼忠肯評論，不要鬧了，Startlogic爛死了。最後，我被扣了35元和手續費，總共虧了最少$40 USD，真是一整個鳥。
註：什麼叫做超賣，因為每台主機上都有一定數量的虛擬主機，和客戶，有些客戶多，有些客戶少，為保證客戶的連線速度，通常來說會在一台主機上設定固定的客戶說，假設一台原本可以服務40個客戶，結果他在這台主機上提供了60個客戶，可能其中10個人受不了這樣的速度，他會叫他們搬走，最少還賣了50個客戶，多賺10個人的服務費。超賣Startlogic超賣賣很大，速度不穩定，反應速度慢都是超賣會出現的情形。
